The following 2BDE policy/practice meets SCSG DIV HQ requirements for
cutting Orders
Fill in a copy of the attached OPORD Form to Request Orders per Memorandum
Policy dated 29 MAY 08
On a temporary basis send this form to MAJ Mabry fmabry@juno.com no later
than one week prior to start date
Make an effort for continuous improvement in having this 2 weeks in
advance
Sign In Roster
It is
mandatory for all SCSG participants to fill in and sign the roster at any
event
Do not engage in any activity prior to signing in to protect yourself
while on duty
Personnel not on the Orders to sign in with the OIC or NCOIC in charge
turning in the name/names to DIV HQ for an Supplement Order
Do not send copies of Sign In Rosters to DIV HQ unless requested
